VisibilityOS is operated by WellMaxUSA LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. This policy explains what we collect when you visit this site or buy an AI Visibility Report, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and how to tell us to stop. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
01What we collect
| Category | What it is, and where it comes from |
|---|---|
| Business website | The website address you submit. You give it to us. |
| Contact details | Name, email and — if you enter one — phone number. You give them to us, either at checkout or when we tell you your site cannot be audited yet. |
| Public information about your business | Text published on your own website, and answers that ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude give about your market. Collected automatically during the audit. We read what is public; we do not log into anything. |
| Payment details | Processed entirely by Stripe. We receive a confirmation, the last four digits and the card brand. We never receive or store your full card number. |
| Technical data | IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and the country your connection resolves to. Collected automatically by our hosting provider, Cloudflare. |
| Advertising data | If you have not opted out, the Meta Pixel records that you visited and whether you purchased. See section 3. |
We do not ask for, and have no use for, sensitive personal information — no government identifiers, health data, biometrics, precise location, race, religion or union membership. If you send any of it to us in an email, we will delete it.
02How we use it
- To run your audit and deliver your report by email.
- To process your payment and issue refunds.
- To answer you when you write to us.
- To tell you when a site that could not be audited becomes auditable — if you asked us to.
- To measure whether our advertising works, unless you have opted out.
- To keep the evidence chain behind a report we delivered, so that what we sold you can be verified later.
03Advertising & analytics — stated plainly
This site runs the Meta Pixel. It tells Meta that a browser visited this page and whether it purchased, so we can measure our advertising and reach people who look like our customers. Under California law this counts as sharing personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and you have the right to refuse it.
We do not run Google Analytics, session recorders, heatmaps or any other third-party tracker. The Pixel is the only one, and this is the whole list.
We honor the Global Privacy Control signal. If your browser or extension sends GPC, the Meta Pixel is never loaded on this site — no banner, no click, no pop-up. The decision is made before anything is sent, and we treat the signal as a binding opt-out of sale and sharing.
There is no cookie banner here, on purpose. A banner interrupts everyone and still fails the requirement that regulators actually enforce. We chose to respect the signal instead, and to give you a plain switch in section 7.
04What we never do
- We never sell your personal information for money. We never have.
- We never add you to marketing lists unrelated to what you asked for.
- We never audit a website you told us you do not own or represent.
- We never publish your report, your business name or your results as a case study without asking you first, in writing.
- We never use your business data to train an AI model of our own.
05How long we keep it
| What | How long |
|---|---|
| Your report and its evidence chain | Indefinitely. This is the record of what we delivered and what the AI assistants actually answered on that date. It is what lets you — or anyone you show it to — verify the report years later. Deleting it would destroy the proof you paid for. |
| Purchase and tax records | Seven years, as US tax law requires. |
| Contact details of someone who did not buy | 24 months after your last interaction with us, then deleted. |
| Technical and advertising data | As long as our providers retain it under their own policies — Cloudflare and Meta, named in section 9. |
You can ask us to delete your report and its evidence chain at any time, and we will. We keep it by default because it protects you; we do not keep it against your wishes.
06Your rights
Wherever you live, you may ask us to:
- Know what we hold about you and where it came from.
- Receive a copy in a portable format.
- Correct anything that is wrong.
- Delete it.
- Opt out of sharing for advertising.
Write to agent@wellmaxusa.com. We answer within 30 days. We will never charge you for a request, and we will never give you a worse price or a worse service because you made one.
If we say no
If we decline a request, we will tell you why in writing. You may appeal by replying to that message with the word “appeal”. A different person reviews it and answers within 45 days. If we deny the appeal, we will tell you how to complain to your state Attorney General. This appeal right is required for residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Oregon and Montana — and we extend it to everyone, because running two processes would only make ours worse.
California
California residents have every right listed above, plus the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information — which is automatic here, because we do not collect any. In the twelve months before the date at the top of this page we disclosed the categories in section 1 to the service providers named in section 9, and we shared advertising data with Meta for cross-context behavioral advertising. We sold nothing.
07Your privacy choices
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. Use the switch on our Your Privacy Choices page. It takes effect immediately in this browser, with no account and no email required.
If your browser already sends Global Privacy Control, you do not need to do anything — you are already opted out.
08Children
VisibilityOS is a tool sold to businesses. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, write to us and we will delete it.
09International visitors, and who else touches your data
We operate from the United States, and your data is processed there. If you are writing from outside the US, you are asking us to process it in the US, where it is protected by this policy and by our contracts with the providers below.
| Provider | What they do for us |
|---|---|
| Cloudflare | Hosting, security, and the browser that reads your website during the audit. |
| Stripe | Payment processing. They handle card data; we do not. |
| OpenAI, Google and Anthropic | The AI assistants we question about your market during the audit. |
| Meta | Advertising measurement, unless you have opted out. |
| Our email provider | Delivering your report and our replies. |
These are service providers, not buyers. None of them is permitted to use your information for their own purposes.
