These terms are the agreement between you and WellMaxUSA LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, when you buy an AI Visibility Report from VisibilityOS. Buying one means you accept them.
01What the service is
VisibilityOS asks ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude the buying-intent questions your customers ask about your market, captures what each assistant actually answers, and delivers a report showing who gets recommended, where you stand, and what to change.
Every claim in the report is traceable to a captured answer. We record the question asked, the assistant that answered, the full response, and the moment it happened. That evidence chain is the product as much as the conclusions are.
02What we do not promise
This matters more than anything else on this page, so it is stated early and without hedging.
- A report is a snapshot, not a forecast. AI assistants answer differently over time, by region, and by who is asking. What they said on the day of your audit is what we captured. It is not a prediction of what they will say next month.
- We do not guarantee that any AI will recommend you. We diagnose visibility and tell you what to change. We do not control ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude, and nobody who claims to does.
- We do not guarantee revenue, ranking, traffic or leads. Any figure in our marketing is an illustration, not a projection of your results.
- We are not affiliated with OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, Meta or any other AI provider. We are their customer, the same as anyone else.
03Your authorization
By ordering a report you confirm that you own the website you submit, or that you are authorized to act for the business that owns it, and you authorize us to read its public pages and to research it with automated AI queries.
If we learn that you did not have that authorization, we may cancel the audit and refund you. We do not audit a business on behalf of someone trying to use the result against it.
04Price and payment
The report is a one-time charge of US$247. There is no subscription, no recurring billing and no automatic renewal. Nothing on this site enrolls you in anything.
Payment is processed by Stripe. WellMaxUSA LLC is the merchant of record and is what appears on your statement. We never see or store your full card number.
The price is in US dollars for every market. If your card is issued in another currency, your bank sets the conversion rate and may add its own fees — those are between you and your bank, and we never see them.
05Refunds
14 days. Full amount. No questions asked.
Reply to your report email within 14 days of purchase with the word “refund” and we return the entire US$247 to the card you paid with. You do not have to explain, justify or negotiate. You keep the report.
We refund in full even after the report is delivered, and even though the audit has already cost us real money to run. We would rather absorb that than argue with someone who is not happy.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and normally appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. If a refund fails for a reason on our side, we will find another way to pay you back.
If you are in Brazil or the European Union
Your law gives you a mandatory cancellation right — 7 days under Article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Code, and 14 days of withdrawal under EU consumer law. Nothing in these terms reduces or waives that right, and our 14-day policy meets or exceeds both. Where your local law gives you more than we offer, your local law wins.
06Sites we cannot audit
Before you can pay, we check whether your website can actually be read and audited. If it cannot — it does not open, it is empty, it blocks automated reading — we do not let you buy. You are not charged, and we offer to tell you what would need to change first.
This is deliberate. Selling an audit we cannot honestly perform would be the easiest money on this site and the fastest way to deserve a refund.
07Acceptable use
- Do not resell, relicense or redistribute reports as your own product.
- Do not misrepresent what a report says, including by quoting a conclusion without the evidence attached to it.
- Do not use the service to harass, disparage or build a case against a competitor.
- Do not attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
We may decline or cancel any order, and we will refund you when we do.
08Who owns what
You own your report. Use it internally, show it to your team, show it to a client, hand it to an agency, publish it if you want. The evidence chain belongs to you along with it.
We own the VisibilityOS software, prompts, methodology, templates and brand. Receiving a report does not license any of that.
We will not use your business name, your report or your results as a public case study without asking you first, in writing.
09Liability
The service is provided as described on this site and in these terms. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to a report is limited to the amount you paid for it.
We are not liable for business decisions you make after reading a report, for what an AI assistant says about you before or after your audit, or for anything outside our control.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits. Where yours does not, they do not apply to you, and your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected by anything on this page.
10Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming have jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer outside the United States, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country you live in, or your right to bring a claim where your law says you may.

If we change these terms, we change the date at the top. A change never applies retroactively to a report you already bought.
